What is Merge PDF?
Merge PDF joins two or more PDF files into one document on your own device. Troubleshooting
- It asks for a password The PDF is encrypted. Type its password — it stays in this browser tab for this file only and is never sent. Without the password the file can't be opened.
- It says the file is damaged or not a PDF The file may be incomplete, renamed or corrupt. Download it again, or open it in the program that made it and save or export it as PDF once more.
- The page says the PDF is too large for this device Large PDFs have to fit in your browser's memory. Close other tabs, use a computer instead of a phone, or split the PDF into smaller parts first.

How many PDFs can I merge?
Up to 15 files on phones and 30–50 on computers, depending on the device's memory. Pages, links, form fields and text stay as they were.
Can I merge only some pages?
Yes. Type pages for a file, for example 1-3, 5 or 8-, and only those pages are added.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
Yes. Type the password when asked. It is kept in memory for this file only and is never sent, stored or logged.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The PDF is opened and processed in your browser; it never leaves your device.
Is there a file size limit?
The limit is your device's memory: roughly 250 MB per file on computers and less on phones.
