For telecom shops, service centres and print shops

Telecom & Computer Service Centre — NID Scan, Document Scanner & Shop Tools

Local Customer Job Desk, ID card and document scanning, print pricing, receipts and repair job cards — private, in your browser.

  • Scan NID and ID cards front and back, print at exact card size
  • Phone photos of documents to clean, searchable PDF
  • Several customer jobs in this browser — each job's files stay isolated, nothing is uploaded

Customer Job Desk

Temporary local jobs for the shop counter. Each customer's scans and photos stay in that job. Nothing is uploaded.

Jobs are temporary and local. Clearing browser data deletes them. An expired job is not loaded as active. Server OCR (/image/ocr) is not used here. Sample rates are estimates until you save shop rates. A bill is not a sale.

What happens to customers' files and details

Every tool page says how it processes files. The scanners and shop tools never upload; tools marked “processed on our server” upload the file once and delete it within 24 hours.

About Telecom & Computer Service Centre

The Fah Swe Service Centre collects the everyday tools of a telecom shop, a computer or mobile service centre, a photo studio or a print and photocopy shop, plus a local Customer Job Desk for the counter. Start more than one temporary customer job in this browser; each job keeps its own scans and photos so the next customer does not receive the previous customer's file. Scan the front and back of an NID or other ID card with a phone and print both sides at real card size on A4 (the NID tool is standalone — images do not automatically return to the Job Desk); turn photos of documents into a clean, straight, searchable PDF with optional on-device English or Bangla OCR; send a passport photo to the print sheet inside the same job; price black-and-white and colour prints, photocopies, lamination and binding with exact totals; write a receipt for thermal or A4 paper; and keep a repair job card for every device. The scanners only straighten and print the user's own photos — no templates, no editable ID fields. On the Job Desk you can itemize print, photocopy, passport-copy, scan, lamination and custom charges in one ISO currency with exact minor units — sample rates are not treated as payable until you save your shop rates. The Job Desk does not upload files, does not use server OCR (/image/ocr), does not convert currencies, and does not write a sale or ledger by itself. Confirmed itemized receipts reuse the existing Service Receipt Maker through a job-scoped draft — preview, explicit confirm, then PDF/PNG. A confirmed snapshot stays on this device for the job's local lifetime; it is not a cloud archive. Everything runs in the browser, so customers' documents and details never leave the shop's device. Clearing browser data deletes local jobs; an expired job is not loaded as active.

How it works

  1. Open the Customer Job Desk on this page, start a temporary local job (a name is optional) and add a supported service — document scan, passport photo, print sheet or on-device PDF work.
  2. Scan an ID card front and back with NID & ID Card Scan & Print, or several pages with Document Scanner — take photos with the phone or add images. NID images stay in that tool; they do not auto-return to the job.
  3. Corners are found automatically and can be adjusted; the result is straightened, cleaned up and laid out at exact size for A4 or Letter. Connected tools exchange files only inside that job, in this browser.
  4. Add itemized charges on the Job Desk using your own shop rates (sample rates stay estimates until you confirm them). A calculated bill is not a sale. Open a job-scoped draft in Service Receipt Maker, confirm it explicitly, then download PDF or PNG. Every tool here runs in your browser: customers' cards, documents and details are not uploaded.

FAQ

Are customers' ID cards and documents uploaded?

No. NID & ID Card Scan & Print, Document Scanner, the receipt maker and the job card work entirely in your browser; nothing is sent to Fah Swe servers.

Will the printed card be the right size?

Yes, when the PDF is printed at 100% (actual size). Choose the card's size (ISO ID-1 or your own) and check the ruler on the page with a real ruler.

Do I need an account or an app?

No. The tools are free, need no sign-up and work in a phone or computer browser; you can also install Fah Swe Tools as an app and use saved tools offline.

Can these tools change information on an ID card?

No. They only straighten, crop, enhance the whole picture and print it. They never offer templates or fields for identity details.

Can two customers' jobs mix files?

No. The Job Desk stores each temporary handoff with that job's id. Opening job B never loads job A's document. Direct tool-to-tool transfers without a job still use the older single-slot session and are not reassigned to a customer job.

Does the Job Desk upload documents or create a bill?

No uploads. You can add itemized charges on the Job Desk with your own rates; sample rates are estimates until you confirm them. A calculated bill is not a sale and does not write a ledger. A receipt is issued only after you confirm a draft in Service Receipt Maker.

Do two jobs share one bill?

No. Each job keeps its own charges, currency, discount, tax, payment and receipt draft. Clearing job A does not remove job B's costing or receipts. Print Cost Calculator and Service Receipt Maker still work on their own when you open them without a job.

Does a confirmed receipt stay forever?

No. It is a local snapshot while the job remains in this browser. Download the PDF. Clearing the job or browser data does not delete a file you already saved. Nothing is posted to a ledger or payment service.
