What is Rotate & Flip Video?
Rotate & Flip Video fixes videos recorded sideways or upside down and mirrors selfie clips. Turn the picture 90° clockwise, 90° counter-clockwise or 180°, and flip it horizontally or vertically — in any combination. The picture itself is turned (not just a rotation flag), so it plays correctly in every player and on every site. It runs in your browser; your video is never uploaded.

FAQ
Why not just change the rotation flag?
Some players, editors and websites ignore rotation flags, so the picture itself is turned and re-encoded. The result looks the same everywhere.
Is my video uploaded?
No. Rotate & Flip Video runs entirely in your browser with WebAssembly. Your file never leaves your device and is never sent to Fah Swe servers.
Does rotating reduce quality?
The video is re-encoded once at high quality; the difference is usually not visible. Choose Very high quality if you need it.
My phone video already has a rotation flag. Which way will it turn?
It turns from what you see in a player — the existing flag is taken into account.
