What is Dental Appointment Planner?
Dental Appointment Planner is a chamber appointment book in your browser. Find the patient or type a new one, pick the date, time and length, the dentist and chamber, and the purpose of the visit. Before you save, any booking for the same dentist (or the same chamber) whose time overlaps is listed, so double bookings are caught at the desk. The day and week calendar shows every appointment with its status — scheduled, arrived, completed, cancelled or no-show — changed in one tap; search by name, phone or purpose, filter by status or dentist, and edit to reschedule. Print an appointment slip on A5, A4 or a 58/80 mm receipt printer, or a day sheet for the front desk, and export CSV. The planner never sends SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail reminders.

Does the planner send SMS or WhatsApp reminders?
No. It never sends a message. Print the slip or give the patient the date yourself.
Where are the appointments kept?
In this page only, until you choose “Keep on this device”; then in this browser's own storage (IndexedDB) on this device. Nothing is uploaded. Browser storage is not encrypted — export a backup and keep it safe.
Where are the clinic records kept?
In this page only, until you turn on “Keep on this device” in Records; then in this browser's own storage (IndexedDB) on this device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no cloud database. Browser storage is not encrypted, so use a device the clinic controls, export backups and delete records you no longer need.
