What is Product Photo Studio?
Product Photo Studio prepares ecommerce product images in your browser: auto subject detection, real alpha cut-out, professional flat studio backgrounds (pure white, off-white, light grey, dark studio, soft gradient, brand colour, upload or transparent), optional soft synthetic studio-style shadow, safe margins, listing sizes and full-resolution download. It reuses the same local U²-Net-P cutout and export engine as Remove / Change Background — not a toy demo and not a second model. Quick Mode is one-click; Pro opens erase/restore brushes, refine edge, feather and edge decontamination when glass, white-on-white or jewellery need review. Nothing is uploaded for masking. Backgrounds are flat studio colours — not generative stock scenes.

Supported formats

Troubleshooting
- Edges look wrong on glass or white products Open Pro → Cutout. Try Plain background colour cut, then erase/restore. Needs Review means check before you download.
- Shadow looks fake Turn soft shadow off for flat catalogue shots. The shadow is synthetic studio-style, not a softbox.

How it works
- Upload one or many product photos. On-device AI cuts out each subject in a serial queue (one shared model); plain studio backgrounds can use local colour cut when the AI is unsure. Needs Review stays honest.
- Quick Mode applies studio backgrounds (white, off-white, grey, dark, soft gradient, brand colour or transparent), centres products with safe margins, and offers square listing sizes (1000×1000, 2000×2000 and similar). Apply studio settings to selected or all ready items in the batch.
- Turn on soft contact or cast shadow when it helps the listing — a 2D studio approximation, not physics-based lighting or marketplace approval. Cancel the queue, retry failed items, or open Pro per product.
- Open Pro for erase/restore brushes, refine edge, feather, edge decontamination, crop/canvas, lighting tweaks, undo/redo and Continue to Photo Studio Pro, Print Sheet or your local Product Catalog.
FAQ
Are my product photos uploaded?
No. Cut-out, background, shadow and export run in your browser with the same local stack as Remove Background. Model files may download once; your photos are not sent.
Can I process multiple products at once?
Yes. Add several photos to the strip; each runs through the same local cutout and studio renderer. Progress, cancel, retry and per-item Needs Review are shown. Concurrency stays limited so the browser does not load parallel ONNX instances.
Can I download a ZIP of several sizes?
Yes. Choose sizes (1000×1000, 2000×2000, 1200×1500 or custom) and JPG/PNG/WebP; the package is built in your browser with a manifest. This is not marketplace approval.
Does this guarantee Amazon, Shopify or Daraz approval?
No. Export presets are convenient listing sizes labelled honestly. Each marketplace has its own rules — we do not claim automatic approval.
Does auto cutout work on every product?
No. Contrasting subjects often work well. White-on-white, glass, jewellery and fine reflections often need Pro brushes or show Needs Review. We do not invent logos, labels or product shape. Failed items are not silently marked complete.
Is the shadow physically accurate?
No. Contact and cast controls are soft 2D studio approximations. Use them when helpful; turn them off for flat catalogue shots.
Can I send the result to my E-commerce catalog?
Yes. Send one photo via Continue, or send selected batch products as a local catalog package (IndexedDB, up to ~60 minutes). You preview and confirm each import; existing SKUs ask before replacing images. Nothing is uploaded. Portable storefront limits apply.
Is this a separate cutout engine?
No. It reuses the existing browser-local cutout, mask brushes and full-resolution export renderer — not a toy demo and not a second model stack.
