Set the school week — Saturday to Thursday, Sunday to Thursday, Monday to Friday or your own days — and the periods with their bell times, including the tiffin break. Add the classes, then fill every period with the subject, the teacher and the room; subjects, teachers and rooms you have typed are suggested again. The moment the same teacher or the same room is put in two classes at the same time, the clash is shown with the day, the period and the classes, and the routine is not printed until it is fixed (Pro mode can print anyway). Troubleshooting
- The download button stays disabled Read the clash list: a teacher or room is booked twice, a period's end time is before its start, or a period has a teacher but no subject. Fix them, or allow printing with clashes in Pro mode.
- A teacher is shown as two people Spell the name the same way everywhere — the suggestions list helps. Capital letters and extra spaces are ignored.
- The routine does not fit on one page Each class is printed on one landscape page; with many periods the text gets smaller. Turn off rooms or teacher names in the output settings for larger text.

FAQ
How are clashes detected?
A clash is the same teacher or the same room in two classes in the same period of the same day, the same class sitting two exams at overlapping times, or an invigilator in two rooms at once. Clashes are listed with the day, period and classes, and the download waits until they are fixed (Pro mode can print anyway).
Is the routine uploaded or stored?
No. The routine is made in this browser tab and nothing is sent to Fah Swe servers. It is kept on this device only if you tick “Save on this device”, and you can delete it at any time.
Does it work for a Bangladeshi school week?
Yes. Choose Saturday to Thursday or Sunday to Thursday (or Monday to Friday, or your own days), and print the routine in Bangla with Bangla digits and times.
Can several classes share a teacher?
Yes, as long as it is not in the same period of the same day. The teacher's own routine collects every class they teach, and the Excel file shows how many periods each teacher has per day and per week.
Does the exam schedule skip Fridays and holidays?
When you fill dates from a subject list, closed days of the school week are skipped. Single holidays are not known to the tool: move an exam by changing its date, and a date on a closed day is flagged.
Can I print a routine with an empty period?
Yes. Empty periods print as blank cells. Only a period with a teacher or room but no subject is treated as a mistake.
