Dental Treatment Plan Maker — Staged Procedures by Tooth with Cost Estimates

Make a dental treatment plan — teeth in FDI, Universal or Palmer, procedure, priority, stage, estimated cost, planned or done, linked appointment and notes — with estimated, completed and remaining totals kept apart, and print it as an A4/A5 PDF for the patient.

Patient and clinic records stay in this browser. They are not sent to Fah Swe servers or any third party, and they are kept only if you choose “Keep on this device”.

Nothing is uploaded. Records stay in this page until you choose “Keep on this device” in Records; clinical entries are yours alone.

What is Dental Treatment Plan & Estimate?

Dental Treatment Plan & Estimate sets out the treatment you propose, tooth by tooth. Add each procedure with its tooth (FDI, Universal or Palmer labels, or “general”), priority, stage and estimated cost, link it to the appointment it is booked for, and mark it in progress, done (with the date) or cancelled as treatment proceeds. Three totals are kept apart — the estimated total, completed work and the remaining estimate — and cancelled items are left out. Print the plan for the patient with or without costs and with an optional signature line, save it with the patient's records, or send the open items to Clinic Billing as an estimate. An estimate is never counted as revenue.

      Key features

      • Procedures by tooth in FDI, Universal or Palmer; general items without a tooth
      • Priority (urgent, high, normal, optional) and treatment stages
      • Planned, in progress, done (with date) and cancelled status per item
      • Link items to booked appointments
      • Estimated, completed and remaining totals in exact money — kept apart from billing
      • A4/A5 PDF with optional costs and a patient signature line; hand-off to Clinic Billing as an estimate

      Popular uses

      • Explain a multi-visit treatment plan and its estimate to the patient
      • Track which planned procedures are done
      • Turn the agreed plan into an estimate or invoice

      Supported formats

      PDF (A4 or A5)

      How it works

      1. Find the patient and give the plan a title and date.
      2. Add each procedure: tooth (or general), procedure, priority, stage and estimated cost; mark it done when performed.
      3. Check the totals — estimated, completed and remaining — and add notes or a consent line.
      4. Save the plan, print the PDF, or create an estimate in Clinic Billing from the open items.

      FAQ

      Is the estimate a bill?

No. The plan's costs are estimates. They are never counted as revenue; only payments on finalized invoices in Clinic Billing are.

Which tooth numbering can I use?

FDI (ISO 3950), Universal (1–32 and A–T) or Palmer, for permanent and primary teeth; records keep the FDI number underneath.

Where are the clinic records kept?

In this page only, until you turn on “Keep on this device” in Records; then in this browser's own storage (IndexedDB) on this device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no cloud database. Browser storage is not encrypted, so use a device the clinic controls, export backups and delete records you no longer need.
