About Dental Clinic

Fah Swe Dental Clinic tools are made for dentists, dental surgeons and chamber assistants. The Dental Prescription Maker prints a prescription that looks like real clinic stationery: your clinic name and logo, the dentist's name, qualifications and registration as you enter them, the chamber address and visiting hours, a patient line with name, age, sex and date, a left column for chief complaints, diagnosis, X-ray, treatment and systemic conditions with tick boxes, a large Rx area for the medicines you write, advice, the next visit and your signature, and a footer with your standing advice. A tooth chart in FDI, Universal or Palmer numbering marks conditions, planned and completed treatment. Print on A4, A5, Letter or your own pad size, or only the content onto a pre-printed pad. Everything runs in the browser: patients' details are not uploaded or saved, and the tool never suggests a diagnosis, medicine or dose. The clinic tools add an appointment planner with day and week calendars and overlap warnings, visit and clinical notes with tooth observations and visit history, staged treatment plans with estimates kept apart from completed work, billing with estimates, invoices, payments, dues and receipts, and follow-up and activity reports. Records stay in the page unless you choose to keep them on this device, and you can back them up to a file.

How it works

  1. Book the patient in the Dental Appointment Planner, or start straight from any dental tool.
  2. Record the visit in Visit & Clinical Notes and write the prescription in the Dental Prescription Maker.
  3. Plan treatment by tooth with estimated costs, then bill the work done in Clinic Billing.
  4. Check follow-ups, missed appointments and dues in Follow-up & Reports; print or export as you go.

FAQ

Are patient details uploaded?

No. The dental tools run in your browser; patients' names and clinical details are not sent to Fah Swe servers or third parties. The clinic tools keep records only if you turn on “Keep on this device”, and then only in this browser.

Does it recommend medicines?

No. Everything clinical is written by the dentist or another authorised prescriber; the tool lays it out and prints it.

Can I use my own clinic name and logo?

Yes. Clinic name, dentist, qualifications, registration, chamber, hours, logo, colours and footer advice are all yours, and several chamber profiles can be kept on one device.

Does it work in Bangla?

Yes. Labels, dates and digits can be printed in Bangla with a bundled Bangla font.
