What is Change Video Speed?
Change Video Speed makes a video faster or slower, from 0.25× slow motion to 4× fast forward, or any custom value in between. The sound is time-stretched so voices keep their natural pitch, or you can mute it. The new length is shown before you run. Processing happens in your browser; your video is never uploaded.

FAQ
Does the voice sound higher when I speed up?
No. The audio is time-stretched, so its pitch stays natural. You can also mute it.
Is my video uploaded?
No. Change Video Speed runs entirely in your browser with WebAssembly. Your file never leaves your device and is never sent to Fah Swe servers.
Is slow motion smooth?
Frames are shown longer, not invented, so very slow speeds can look choppy on low-frame-rate videos. Footage recorded at 60 fps or more slows down best.
Why is the speed limited to 0.25×–4×?
That range is tested to keep audio and timing correct on every browser and device.
