What is Online Product Catalog?
Maintain products with SKU, categories, simple variants, prices, optional purchase cost and finite stock in fst-ecom — separate from in-store Retail POS. Margin appears only when you enter a cost. Public storefront export omits private costs. Inventory is owner-local; customers see a portable snapshot, not a live stock feed. Workspace Quick Start may add empty categories — no fake orders.
