Patient and clinic records stay in this browser. They are not sent to Fah Swe servers or any third party, and they are kept only if you choose “Keep on this device”.
What is Dental Clinic Billing & Estimate?
Dental Clinic Billing bills patients with exact money. Keep your own service catalogue — consultation fee, scaling, filling, RCT, crown and whatever else you charge — and add services in one tap, with the tooth and quantity. Choose an estimate or an invoice: an estimate takes no payments and is never counted as revenue; an invoice records each payment with its date and method and shows what is still due. A discount can be an amount or a percentage, and payments greater than the total are refused. Print the invoice or estimate on A4, A5 or a 58/80 mm roll, or a receipt for the latest payment, export CSV, and see the day's summary of invoices, money received by method and estimates kept apart. An agreed estimate turns into an invoice with one tap.

How it works
- Add your services and prices once in the catalogue (they stay with your clinic records).
- Find the patient, choose Invoice or Estimate, and add services, teeth, quantities and any discount.
- Record each payment with its date and method; the due updates as you type.
- Save, print the invoice, estimate or receipt, and check the day's summary.
FAQ
Is an estimate counted as income?
No. Estimates never take payments and are never counted as revenue. Turn an estimate into an invoice when the treatment is agreed.
Are the totals exact?
Yes. Money uses ISO minor units for the selected currency (not always two decimals), so subtotal, discount, total, paid and due always agree. No automatic FX conversion.
Where are the clinic records kept?
In this page only, until you turn on “Keep on this device” in Records; then in this browser's own storage (IndexedDB) on this device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no cloud database. Browser storage is not encrypted, so use a device the clinic controls, export backups and delete records you no longer need.
