What is Medicine Dispensing Record?
Medicine Dispensing Record keeps your pharmacy's record of what was supplied against a prescription. Enter the prescription reference and date and the prescriber's name exactly as written on the prescription, the patient's name or an identifier if your procedure needs it, and for every medicine supplied the name and strength, form, quantity, batch, expiry and the directions copied from the prescription. Add dispensing notes, whether the patient was counselled, who checked it and the dispensing pharmacist. The page is titled and footed as a dispensing record — it is not a prescription and cannot be mistaken for one — and the tool never writes a medicine, dose or direction itself. A batch whose expiry is before the dispensing date stops the record. Download an A4 or A5 PDF and a CSV for your register; nothing is uploaded or saved.

FAQ
Is this a prescription?
No. It is the pharmacy's record of what was supplied against a prescription issued by an authorised prescriber, and it says so on every page. The tool never writes a medicine, dose or direction itself — you copy them from the prescription.
Are patient details saved or uploaded?
No. The record is made in this browser tab; the patient and prescription details are not sent to Fah Swe servers or anyone else and are not saved. Keep the PDF or CSV as your record.
What happens with an expired batch?
The record cannot be made while any line has an expiry date before the dispensing date, and batches expiring within 90 days are flagged.
Are patient or prescription details saved?
No. They exist only in this browser tab and are not sent to Fah Swe servers or anyone else. Keep the PDF or CSV in your own records.
Can I record an expired batch?
No. The record cannot be made while a line's expiry is before the dispensing date. Use a batch that is in date.
