What is Dental Follow-up & Clinic Reports?
Dental Follow-up & Clinic Reports reads the records of the other clinic tools and answers the daily questions. Which patients are due for a follow-up and have no later booking? Which appointments were missed — no-shows and past bookings never marked? Who still owes money, and how much in all? What was completed, billed and received today, this week or this month? Estimates are always shown apart and never counted as revenue. Book a follow-up or rebook a missed appointment in one tap, export each list as CSV, or print an A4 report. Nothing is ever sent to patients — you decide how to contact them.

Can I see reports without keeping records on this device?
Yes. Open a clinic backup file in “Records” with “This page only”: the reports are shown for this tab and nothing is kept.
Where are the clinic records kept?
In this page only, until you turn on “Keep on this device” in Records; then in this browser's own storage (IndexedDB) on this device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no cloud database. Browser storage is not encrypted, so use a device the clinic controls, export backups and delete records you no longer need.
