Pharmacy Invoice & Cash Memo makes a clean bill for a medicine sale. Set up your pharmacy once — name, address, phone, licence number as you hold it, currency and VAT if you charge it — then add each medicine with its batch, expiry, quantity and unit price. Add a discount as an amount or a percentage, the amount paid and the payment method; the subtotal, discount, VAT, total, paid and due or change update as you type and are always exact. Print on A4, A5 or a 58/80 mm thermal roll, in Bangla or English, as an invoice or a cash memo, and download the PDF, a PNG and a CSV of the lines. Expired batches cannot be billed. Customer details are never saved; the next invoice number is remembered with your shop settings if you choose.

FAQ
Are the totals exact?
Yes. Amounts use ISO minor units for the selected currency as integers — never floating-point rounding — so subtotal, discount, VAT, total, paid and due always add up. Yen uses 0 decimals; dinars like KWD use 3.
Is customer information saved?
No. Customer details stay in this browser tab and are not uploaded or saved; only the shop settings and the next invoice number are remembered if you tick “Remember”.
Can I print on a thermal printer?
Yes — 58 mm or 80 mm; the memo is as long as its content.
