What is Merge Videos?

Merge Videos joins two or more clips into one file in the order you set. Each clip appears as a card with its length, size and format; drag the cards (or use the arrow buttons) to reorder, preview or remove them. Clips that share the same format are joined without re-encoding; different sizes and frame rates are fitted onto one frame automatically. It runs in your browser — no clip is uploaded.

FAQ

How many videos can I merge?

Up to 10 clips on devices with plenty of memory, fewer on phones — the page shows your limit. The joined video has to fit in your browser's memory.

Is my video uploaded?

No. Merge Videos runs entirely in your browser with WebAssembly. Your files never leave your device and are never sent to Fah Swe servers.

Why is the number of clips limited?

The joined video is built in your browser's memory. Phones get a lower limit than computers; the page shows the limit for your device.

Will merging reduce quality?

Matching clips are joined without re-encoding (no loss). Otherwise they are encoded once at high quality.
