What is Service Receipt Maker?
Service Receipt Maker writes a clear receipt for any service or sale. Add your shop's name, address, phone and logo, the customer and each item with its quantity and unit price; add a discount, tax if you charge it, and the amount paid, and the total, change and due are worked out exactly. Choose A4, A5 or a 58 or 80 mm thermal roll, English or Bangla labels and Bangla digits if you like, then download the receipt as a PDF or PNG or print it. Customer details stay in this browser tab; only your shop's details are remembered, and only if you ask.

Troubleshooting
- The thermal print is cut off or tiny Choose the receipt width that matches your roll (58 or 80 mm) and print at 100% with “fit to page” off.
- Bangla text shows boxes Choose Bangla as the document language; the receipt uses its own bundled Bangla font, so this should not happen — reload the page if it does.

How it works
- Enter your shop's name, address, phone and logo (optional) — you can let this browser remember them.
- Pick any current ISO 4217 currency with search (code, English/Bangla name or country alias). Decimals follow ISO minor units (e.g. JPY 0, BDT 2, KWD 3). This is not automatic foreign-exchange conversion.
- Add the customer, then each item or service with quantity and unit price.
- Add a discount, tax if you charge it, and the amount paid; the total and due update as you type.
- Choose A4, A5, 58 mm or 80 mm thermal and download the receipt as PDF or PNG, or print it.
FAQ
Is customer information saved or uploaded?
No. Everything you type stays in this browser tab and is not sent to Fah Swe servers. Only your shop details are remembered, and only if you tick “Remember shop details on this device”.
Which currencies are supported?
Current ISO 4217 transaction currencies via a searchable picker. Precious-metal and test codes are excluded. Selecting a currency does not convert amounts or fetch exchange rates.
Can I print on a thermal printer?
Yes — choose 58 mm or 80 mm. The receipt is laid out for the paper width and as long as its content.
Can I write the receipt in Bangla?
Yes. Choose Bangla or English labels; you can type names and items in either language.
Can the Job Desk fill this receipt?
Yes. From a job with confirmed shop rates, open a draft. Only line items, amounts and optional customer labels transfer — not NID images or documents. Confirm explicitly before it is treated as issued. Direct use of this page without a job is unchanged.
Are amounts always two decimal places?
No. Decimals follow ISO 4217 minor units: JPY uses 0, BDT and USD use 2, KWD and BHD use 3. Choosing a currency does not convert existing amounts.
When is a receipt marked PAID?
Only when paid is greater than zero and due is zero. A fully discounted zero-total document is Zero Balance, not PAID. Partial stays DUE. Overpayment shows change. Operator-entered Paid is an accounting assertion, not a payment-gateway transaction.
Does the receipt number go up by itself?
When you choose to remember shop details, the next receipt number is filled in automatically after you make a receipt. You can always type your own number. A Job Desk confirmation uses that number once; repeating confirm on the same snapshot does not issue another number.
