About Restaurant & Food
Fah Swe Restaurant tools help cafés and restaurants run menu, orders and kitchen tickets in a phone browser. Dishes are availability-based by default (not Retail-style finite prepared stock). Optional ingredient purchases and recipes estimate cost per serving without inventing numbers. Orders support dine-in, takeaway, delivery, tax/service, partial payment and dues. Kitchen Order Tickets mark additions and cancellations clearly. The QR menu uses a portable public payload or HTML download — it never claims to read another device's IndexedDB. Reports separate revenue from cash and purchases from COGS.
How it works
- Build categories and dishes in Restaurant Menu; optionally add ingredient recipes for cost.
- Take dine-in or takeaway orders; kitchen tickets advance pending → preparing → ready.
- Share a portable QR or HTML menu — customers do not need your phone's IndexedDB.
- Review cash, dues, purchases vs COGS in QR Menu & Reports. Export a backup.

FAQ
Can customers open my local menu via QR alone?
Only if you generate a portable QR (hash payload) or HTML file. Your private IndexedDB is not readable from their phone.
Is restaurant data mixed with Retail?
No. Restaurant uses fst-restaurant; Retail uses fst-retail.
Do you upload menus by default?
No. Sharing is explicit and limited to public menu fields.
