Invoices, customers and payments stay in this browser (fst-finance). Nothing is uploaded.
What is Invoices, Receivables & Payables?
Issue sales invoices and record supplier bills in the same fst-finance database as Cashbook. Line items, optional discount and a tax label live on the invoice. Cash rises only when you record a collection — issuing paper does not mint money. A later receipt is posted as a receipt, not a second income line. Unpaid supplier bills are not automatic cash expenses or COGS. This is still single-entry, not a statutory e-invoicing network.

How it works

FAQ
Does issuing an invoice increase cash?
No. Cash rises only when you record a collection or receipt.
Is a collection a second sale?
No. Invoice revenue stays on the invoice; the cashbook posts a receipt, not income.
Same database as Cashbook?
