How long does the link work?
Exactly 24 hours from when you create it. After that the server refuses it, and the encrypted copy is deleted automatically within minutes.
Can anyone else read my message?
No. Your browser encrypts the surprise; the key is only in the link after the # sign, which browsers never send to a server. We keep only the encrypted copy.
Are my photos uploaded?
Only if you add photos and agree: each photo is shrunk and encrypted on your device first, then the encrypted copy is kept for the 24 hours.
Does she need an app?
No. The link opens in any modern phone or computer browser; older phones get a simpler 2D version of the same surprise.
