What is Dental Visit & Clinical Notes?
Dental Visit & Clinical Notes keeps the case record of each visit. Record the chief complaint, medical history and allergies (carried over from the patient's last visit), the examination findings, an observation for each tooth you tap on the FDI, Universal or Palmer chart, the diagnosis you make, the treatment performed, the plan, advice and the next visit. Saved visits form the patient's history, which you can reopen at any time. Print the note on A4 or A5, or continue: “Create prescription” copies the patient and clinical fields into the Dental Prescription Maker once (you write the medicines there), “Plan treatment” starts a treatment plan with the teeth you noted, and “Book the next visit” opens the appointment planner. Nothing clinical is suggested or completed by the tool.

No. Every clinical entry is typed by the clinician; nothing is suggested, completed or checked.
How does “Create prescription” work?
It copies this visit's patient and clinical fields into the Dental Prescription Maker once, in this tab. Medicines are written by you there; nothing is uploaded.
Where are the clinic records kept?
In this page only, until you turn on “Keep on this device” in Records; then in this browser's own storage (IndexedDB) on this device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no cloud database. Browser storage is not encrypted, so use a device the clinic controls, export backups and delete records you no longer need.
