What is Pharmacy Stock In & Out?
Pharmacy Stock In & Out records purchase stock-in, sales and dispensing stock-out, customer and supplier returns, damaged and expired stock, and manual adjustments with a reason. Every change writes an auditable movement; quantities are never silently overwritten. Negative stock is refused. Duplicate deductions are blocked. FEFO can pick the earliest-expiring sellable batch. Expired batches are not selected for sale.

FAQ
Can stock go negative?
No. Out movements are refused when the batch quantity is insufficient.
What if I click twice?
Each confirmed movement uses an idempotency key so the same deduction is not applied twice.
Are expired batches sold automatically?
No. Sale and dispense movements refuse expired batches; expired stock is segregated for an expired-stock movement.
What if I confirm twice?
The same idempotency key is not applied twice.
Are expired batches sold?
No — sale and dispense refuse them.
