What is NID & ID Card Scan & Print?
NID & ID Card Scan & Print turns two phone photos of a card — its front and its back — into a print-ready page. The card's four corners are found automatically and the picture is straightened, so a card photographed at an angle comes out square and at its real size: ISO ID-1 (85.60 × 53.98 mm, the size of bank cards and many national ID cards), ID-2, ID-3 or any size you measure. Brightness, contrast, readability and shadow reduction apply evenly to the whole picture. Front and back are laid out side by side or one above the other on A4 or Letter, with cut lines or crop marks and a calibration ruler, as an exact-size PDF and JPG or PNG files at 300 or 600 dpi. Everything happens in your browser.

Troubleshooting
- The corners were not found Place the card on a plain surface that contrasts with it, avoid glare, and keep all four corners in the photo. Or drag the corner handles yourself — the magnifier helps.
- The card is upside down or sideways Use the rotate buttons under that side's photo; the result and the layout update straight away.
- The printed card is the wrong size Print the PDF at 100% (actual size) with “fit to page” off and measure the ruler. If your card is not ID-1, enter its size in mm.
Also known as: NID Card Print, ID Card Scanner, National ID Photocopy, ID Card Front and Back on A4, Smart Card Scan to PDF.
How it works
- Add a photo of the card's front and one of its back — choose a file or take a photo with your phone. The pictures stay on your device.
- The card's corners are found automatically; drag any corner to correct it. Rotate if the card is upside down.
- Choose the card size (ISO ID-1 by default, or your own in mm) and, if needed, adjust brightness, contrast, readability or shadows for the whole picture.
- Pick A4 or Letter, the layout and the number of copies, then download the exact-size PDF and print it at 100% (actual size).
FAQ
Is my ID card uploaded?
No. Finding the corners, straightening, enhancing and making the PDF all happen in your browser; the photos are never sent to Fah Swe servers or anyone else.
What size is the card printed at?
The size you choose. ID-1 (85.60 × 53.98 mm, ISO/IEC 7810) is the format of bank cards and many ID cards; if your card is different, enter its size in mm. Print at 100% and check the ruler on the page.
Can I edit the text or photo on the card?
No. The tool only straightens and prints your own photo of the card, and every adjustment applies to the whole picture. It has no templates or editable fields.
What if the corners are not found?
Drag the four corner handles onto the card's corners yourself, or use “Whole photo” for a scan that is already cropped. A magnifier helps you place them exactly.
Is this the official NID size?
The tool does not claim an official size. Many national ID cards, including smart cards, use the ISO ID-1 format (85.60 × 53.98 mm). Measure your card with a ruler and choose a custom size if it differs.
Why is the scan blurry?
The photo has too few pixels on the card — the tool shows the pixels per inch and warns below 200 ppi. Take the photo closer, in good light, with the camera held flat above the card.
