What is Edit PDF?
Edit PDF lets you add new content on top of PDF pages: typed text in English or Bangla, freehand drawing, highlights, rectangles, white-out boxes and pictures. Select anything you added to move, resize or change it, then save. It does not retype text that is already in the PDF — white-out only covers it visually, and Redact PDF is the tool that removes it.
Edit PDF pages by adding content on top: type text in Latin or Bangla, draw freehand, highlight, add rectangles, white-out areas or place images, then move and resize everything before saving. Existing text is not retyped — white-out covers it, and Redact PDF removes it for real.

Troubleshooting
- The old text still shows through after white-out White-out is an opaque box on top; if you see text, the box is smaller than the text. Make it bigger. Remember the text is still in the file — use Redact PDF to remove it.
- It asks for a password The PDF is encrypted. Type its password — it stays in this browser tab for this file only and is never sent. Without the password the file can't be opened.
- The page says the PDF is too large for this device Large PDFs have to fit in your browser's memory. Close other tabs, use a computer instead of a phone, or split the PDF into smaller parts first.

FAQ
Can I change text that is already in the PDF?
No. This editor adds new content on top. White-out covers old text visually but does not remove it — use Redact PDF to really delete it.
Does it support Bangla text?
Yes. Bangla is shaped correctly with an embedded Noto Sans Bengali font, so there are no broken letters or boxes.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
Yes. Type the password when asked. It is kept in memory for this file only and is never sent, stored or logged.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The PDF is opened and processed in your browser; it never leaves your device.
Can others remove what I added?
Added items become part of the page drawing, but anyone with a PDF editor can still change a PDF. For tamper-evidence you need a certificate-based digital signature from another provider.
