What is N-up PDF (Pages per Sheet)?
N-up PDF places several pages of a PDF on each sheet so you can print handouts and drafts with less paper. Choose 2 to 16 pages per sheet, the sheet size and orientation, whether pages run across rows or down columns, and margins, gaps and thin borders. Pages are placed as vectors, so text stays sharp.
Save paper by placing multiple PDF pages on each sheet. Choose pages per sheet, sheet size, orientation, row or column order, margins, gaps and optional borders. Pages stay vector, so text is sharp and selectable.

Troubleshooting
- It asks for a password The PDF is encrypted. Type its password — it stays in this browser tab for this file only and is never sent. Without the password the file can't be opened.
- The page says the PDF is too large for this device Large PDFs have to fit in your browser's memory. Close other tabs, use a computer instead of a phone, or split the PDF into smaller parts first.
