What is AVIF to JPG?
AVIF to JPG converts AVIF images into JPG for Windows tools, older apps and upload forms that don't accept AVIF yet. If your browser can't decode AVIF, a self-hosted decoder reads it on your device; animated AVIF asks before using only the first frame.

- The page says the image is too large for this device Very large pictures have to fit in your browser's memory. Close other tabs or use a computer.

FAQ
My browser can't open AVIF — will this work?
Yes. If your browser has no AVIF decoder, a self-hosted decoder runs on your device instead.
What about animated AVIF?
JPG holds one picture, so animated AVIF files need your confirmation to use the first frame.
Is my image uploaded?
No. It is decoded, converted and checked in your browser; the file never leaves your device.
