- Transparent parts turned white JPG can't store transparency. Pick another background colour, or use PNG to WebP.
- The page says the image is too large for this device Very large pictures have to fit in your browser's memory. Close other tabs or use a computer.
- Need a different format? Open the Image Converter — it reads 10 formats and writes 7.

FAQ
What happens to transparent parts of my PNG?
JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas are filled with the background colour you pick (white by default).
Which quality should I use?
80–85 looks the same as the original for most photos and is far smaller. Text and screenshots may need 90+.
Is my image uploaded?
No. It is decoded, converted and checked in your browser; the file never leaves your device.
