How to add the pack
WhatsApp: unzip the pack on your phone. WhatsApp only imports packs through a sticker app — open a sticker app that imports WebP files, create a pack with the same name, add tray.png as the icon and the 3–30 stickers in order, then tap Add to WhatsApp. Keep the pack all animated or all still. On WhatsApp Web or Desktop you can also add a single sticker with Stickers › Create.
Telegram: open @Stickers, send /newvideo (or /newpack for still PNG stickers), choose a name, then send each file followed by an emoji. Send /publish to finish and pick a short link for your pack.
Use the files anywhere that accepts this format — chats, slides, websites or design apps. README.txt in the ZIP lists every file and its licence.
What is Sticker Pack Builder?
Sticker Pack Builder is a free online sticker pack maker. Pick up to 30 stickers from our original 3D stickers and animated emoji, put them in order, name the pack and export WhatsApp WebP, Telegram WEBM, GIF, APNG, WebP or PNG files. Every file is checked against the platform's published limits before you download it.

Supported formats
Output: WebP (animated or still), WEBM VP9 with alpha, GIF, APNG, PNG, ZIP. Input: stickers from the Fah Swe Tools collection only.
Troubleshooting
- The Make pack button is greyed out. WhatsApp formats need at least 3 stickers. Add more, or choose Telegram, GIF or another format.
- A sticker failed. It could not meet the size limit even at the lowest quality, or its source was unavailable. The rest of the pack is fine — tap Retry failed, or try the Smallest file quality in Pro Mode.
- The pack link stopped working. Packs are deleted about an hour after they are made. Make the pack again; your selection is remembered in this browser.

Platform rules we check
- WhatsApp animated: 512×512 WebP, at most 500 KB, at most 10 seconds, each frame at least 8 ms; 3–30 stickers per pack; 96×96 PNG tray icon under 50 KB.
- WhatsApp still: 512×512 WebP, at most 100 KB. A pack cannot mix still and animated stickers.
- Telegram video: WEBM with VP9, 512 px, at most 3 seconds, at most 30 fps, at most 256 KB, no sound.
- Telegram still: PNG or WebP with one side exactly 512 px.
- Every file is opened again after converting and its size, frames, timing, transparency and bytes are measured. A file that cannot meet a limit is reported as failed — never shipped over the limit.
Licences
- Tulo, Tuli, Mishu, Pakhi and Rumi stickers are original artwork by Fah Swe Tools (fahswetools.com). The free stickers may be used for personal and commercial purposes in chats, social posts, videos, slides and designs; credit is appreciated but not required. Stickers featuring Tulo or Tuli are premium: their small previews are shown here, and the full-quality files are for holders of the premium pack. Do not sell the stickers on their own, claim them as your own artwork, or register them as a trademark.

- Search or browse the stickers and tap the ones you want (up to 30); drag or use the arrows to reorder them.
- Name the pack and choose a format: WhatsApp, Telegram, GIF, APNG, WebP or PNG. Pro Mode adds size, frame rate, quality, margin and background.
- Tap Make pack, watch the progress, then download each sticker or the ZIP with the import instructions.
FAQ
Can you add the pack to WhatsApp or Telegram for me?
No website can install stickers directly. The ZIP contains files that meet the official limits plus the steps: WhatsApp imports through a sticker app, Telegram through the @Stickers bot.
Do I upload anything?
No. You only choose stickers from our own collection. The server converts them and keeps your pack for about an hour so you can download it, then deletes it.
Why is a sticker shorter or played faster in Telegram format?
Telegram video stickers can be at most 3 seconds and 30 frames per second. Longer animations are played up to 1.6× faster, or shortened when that is not enough; the result list says which.
Why must a WhatsApp pack have at least 3 stickers?
WhatsApp requires 3 to 30 stickers per pack, and a pack must be all animated or all still.
What if one sticker fails?
The rest of the pack is still made. Tap Retry failed to convert only the ones that failed.
