What is JPG to ICO?
JPG to ICO turns a JPG photo or logo into a real multi-size .ico file with images from 16 to 256 px. A JPG has no transparency, so the icon keeps the picture's background; crop it to a square first for the best result, or remove the background to get a cut-out icon.
